Melbourne: Hitting the BBQ pit


I was assigned as the master chef for the day to take care of them sausages. It was my first time BBQing with a jacket on. There is no way I could I have survived the cold let alone trying to prevent my sausages from burning. They are pork sausages by the way and they turned out exceptionally well. I went on to marinate the lamb and BBQed them to perfection.
