Our second visit to a Japanese restaurant since we arrive. The first restaurant we visited had us meeting the house chef who is ironically a Chinese national. He decides to speak in Mandarin with us while greeting the locals in Japanese. Quite a number of the Japanese fast food chains uses a vending machine to take down orders.
