Oh man, check out the raw salmon. I can't even see the rice anymore. The girl sitting at the far end was either checking me out or staring at the salmon. Anyway, in traditional sushi stores, wasabi is not easily found at the dinner table. The sushi master will instead put the right amount, that he feels best, into the sushi. So don't go and ask for more when you are in Japan. It might be an insult to Mr Sushi master.
