Kinkakuji Temple is made up of 3 floors, each representing a different architectural style from the past. The second and third floor is covered in gold leaf. Now just hold for a second and imagine how beautiful this structure is when the sunlight reflects of its golden surface. It is almost blinding to me. The copy image of the structure is also reflected off the pond, giving it a two dimension level of blindness. If you want to see beauty then Kinkakuji Temple can offer you a little bit of that. Oh yes, I would like to point out that there is a beautiful park behind this structure.
