I have learnt something new today about management and this comes based on experience; although it is hard to accomplish. Managing very often requires the need for one to play politics. Although you may have the power to do so, there is another level of powerism that is very hard to obtain and that is to manage without being emotionally affected by the people you are dealing with. Ultimately a leader's focus is to place his objectives above all. Nothing should stand in his or her own way, not even in the face of emotional struggles. He feels none, taste none and smell none; only sees one. Other's will follow if this is set straight.
