They serve kopi luwak here, which is essentially coffee beans collected from the droppings of a nocturnal animal called Luwak. Luwak loves to eat the skin of the coffee fruit but is unable to digest the coffee beans, they are then released as 'crap'. I am not sure about the finished product sold here though. We bought a packet.
