The fundamental idea of being a leader is really different from what most people think. Looking back I have come to realize that leadership is about lifting others to do their best and creating opportunities for them to be leaders themselves. The show should not be based around it's leader but those who made it happen. A leader is really a servant to his people and not the other way around. He motivates and supports those who struggles to achieve their objectives. In this case, I'd rather take a step back and experience the joy and success of those before me.
