This place packs a punch when it comes to culture, the arts and history. I saw items dated back to 9000 BC; Chinese Calligraphies, potteries, Tibetan tankas and awesome watercolour works from local Taiwanese artisans. Going straight up to the see the watercolour works is worth the entrance fee alone. I could feel so much of Taiwan mainly because of the subjects in the paintings which are closely linked with local Taiwanese culture.
