Jaipur: Sleep well

Travelling can be hard work and fun at the same time. I was not expecting such a beautiful hotel at the end of it all but we got it. The hotel where we stayed that night looked like a Royal Palace from the outside. Every detail was taken into consideration. Like the furniture to the lights to the artworks. It was authentic to say the least and it was going to be our appetizer just before the Taj Mahal.

The only modern looking part of the hotel is the toilet. It was also beautiful and clean. The walls are covered with marble and the lights gave a nostalgic touch to everything. Most importantly the shower was like heaven. Its jet warm water would have washed away the sins of men.

There was another issue cropping up that evening. Our driver was a little unhappy at the time as he had to miss his dinner for us. There was some miscommunication then but he threatened to leave us behind at Jaipur. After some thoughtful discussion that my friends made with him, we were set to go to Taj Mahal the next day.
