I had my share of fun filled experiences during last weekend's 'Startup Weekend' event. This is an event where budding entrepreneurs come together as a team to deliver a fresh new idea. At the end of the whole event, each team will be required to pitch their ideas or prototypes to investors and judges; with hopes to win the top 3 winning spots. We managed to get the second spot! At the end of it all, we have learnt so much more about entrepreneurship through our mentors, angel investors and VCs. The pitch was filled with adrenalin as I was being questioned about our business model, financial model, market opportunities and scalability. The Q&A went on for a good 3 minutes. This event was well worth investing in.
